I had a very poor experience while shopping. I had intentions on using two similar coupons, which the coupon stated I could. I also have done the same thing many times before so it wasn't a learning experience for me. The manager, Ms. Pam was very rude and unprofessional when she attempted to block me from using the coupons. Unlike others, I refused to make a spectical of myself. I told my cashier, Andrew (very kind) who kept apologizing, no worries, I would come back and get the other.

The coupon wasn't that serious, but her lack of customer service and professionalism was. That was beyond disrespectful and yet I remained as respectful as possible.

About an hour later, I stopped back at the same CVS on my way home. When I walked in, another associate, Samdrea, pointed (yes with her finger), at me and said something to the two customers she was helping. They both turned around and looked at me. Very strange since I had no contact with this associate before and she was not near the desk when I checked out the first time. Slightly embarrassed, but I said nothing. I grabbed my item, and proceeded towards checkout. Before I could even get to the desk, Samdrea said she couldn't take my coupon. I had not even given her the coupon, so I was insulted. I asked why because I just used a similar coupon earlier. She said because Ms. Pam told them not to.

She called Ms. Pam to the front. Ms. Pam refused to even acknowledge me. Professional, not even close. She scrutinized my coupon like she did earlier, said some snide remark to Samdrea and told her to take the coupon that one time. The whole time I was trying to figure out what was happening. Tell me what issue you have as the manager. We can speak as adults. If it was me or the coupon, tell me. Samdrea said the manager can change the policy at will. I said that is not what my problem was. My issue was, I was targeted and Ms. Pam is the one with the issue, not me. I said I would just contact corporate, which I did.

Busy but great customer service especially the pharmacy team.
